This year has been extraordinary for Crystal Creek Builders. We are proud to announce that we’ve been honored with four major awards in 2024, solidifying our reputation as Prescott’s trusted choice for custom home building:
- 1st Place for Best New Home Builder – The Daily Courier Readers’ Choice Awards
- Best Custom Home Builder – Prescott Now Best of Yavapai
- Voted Best Custom Home Builder – BestOfSurveys.com
- Best Custom Home Builder – BusinessRate’s Best of Prescott
What makes these awards particularly special is that they reflect the voices of the people who know us best—our neighbors, clients, and community members here in Prescott and the Yavapai County area.
Local Recognition That Speaks Volumes
In a market where many search for the “Best Custom Home Builder in Prescott”, these awards mean more than just titles. They represent the trust of the community we’ve had the privilege to serve for over 35 years. Unlike awards judged by committees far removed from our area, such as those at the Phoenix or state level, these honors come directly from the people who see our work in action every day. Prescott isn’t just where we work—it’s our home. From crafting custom homes to building relationships that last long after move-in day, every project we take on reflects our commitment to quality and care. While some awards may rely on polished applications or distant judges, our wins are different. They are rooted in real experiences—a testament to the homes we’ve built and the people who trust us with their dreams.
