Most custom homes take 12–14 months from permit to completion, depending on size, complexity, and lot conditions. If you don’t have a design or permits yet, plan for an additional 6–8 months. Permitting alone can take 10–12 weeks. Our project tracking tools help us keep things moving and avoid delays.
